The Business Social Compliance Initiative is the broadest business-driven platform for the improvement of social compliance in the supply chain of commerce. The BSCI system covers all supplier countries and all consumer goods. All the social aspects, applicable national laws (child labor, forced labor, freedom of association, discrimination, compensation, working hours, occupational health and safety) and International Labor Organization (ILO) regulations are implemented through this standard.
