Analysis and Critical Control Point ):
This is specific standard related to food industry and aim is to protect the
food from any sort of contamination.
The system enables an organization to identify and control all the critical
control points which have the potential to contaminate the food.
This standard integrates the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical
Control Point (HACCP) with Prerequisite Programmes (PRP’s) along with,
additionally, Operational Prerequisite Programs.
